Our story
Hi there! My name is Kim and I am the founder of Eco Parties by Kim based in Glossop (High Peak). As a mum of a 7 year old, I have spent years becoming more frustrated and disheartened with the amount of single use plastics and waste generated at children's parties. Bubble mixture, bouncy balls, plastic toys - we've all had them - how many end up in the bin after 5 minutes?
This is how Eco Parties by Kim was born! My small business started with Party Bags and from there I have introduced a local party kit hire service which will further reduce single-use items at parties.
Our products
Our products provide a number of eco-friendly alternatives to single-use plastics; products and services that are still fun whilst being convenient and affordable. Most of our products have been made from recycled material, or are recyclable/compostable. As our journey progresses we will search for new retailers to partner with to ensure we can provide the most sustainable products while keeping costs down for our customers.
Our service to you
- Party bags can be sent anywhere in the UK mainland for £2.95; so far I've fulfilled orders stretching from the North East to Essex. I always use a reputable courier to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
- I can deliver Party Bags free of charge to Glossop, Hadfield and Simmondley.
- My Party Kit Hire service is a local service only; delivery, washing up and collection is included in the hire price
